Harmony & Beauty is a 3-in-1 face and body treatment created for deep, uninterrupted relaxation while caring for both the body and the skin.
The experience brings together pressotherapy, our MeTime Face & Neck Massage technique, and a gentle Mini Facial within one carefully structured 75-minute session.
What makes Harmony & Beauty different is that the body and face are treated at the same time. While rhythmic pressotherapy works through the lower body, the MeTime Face & Neck Massage focuses on the face, jaw and neck — areas where everyday tension often accumulates.
This simultaneous approach allows the body to settle while the facial muscles begin to relax. There is no need to move from one treatment to another or constantly change focus. You can simply lie back, close your eyes and allow both face and body to be cared for.
The experience then moves naturally into a gentle Mini Facial with cleansing, a facial mask, Gua Sha techniques to support facial lymphatic flow, and finishing skincare selected for your skin.
The result is more than three treatments combined. Harmony & Beauty creates 75 minutes in which the body can feel lighter, the face can soften and the mind has time to become quiet.
Three Treatments in One Experience
Pressotherapy
Pressotherapy uses controlled, sequential pneumatic compression around the legs to support normal lymphatic and venous circulation.
The rhythmic pressure moves through different areas of the legs in a gentle compression-and-release sequence. The repetitive rhythm can be especially pleasant when the legs feel heavy, tired or puffy after long periods of sitting, standing or travelling.
Pressotherapy may help:

MeTime Face & Neck Massage
Our MeTime Face & Neck Massage is an important part of the Harmony & Beauty experience.
Performed simultaneously with pressotherapy, the MeTime technique uses gentle, rhythmic manual movements across the face, jaw and neck to help release accumulated muscular tension while creating a profound feeling of relaxation.
Special attention is given to areas where everyday stress often becomes physically noticeable — particularly the jaw, temples, facial muscles and neck.
The combination is intentional: while pressotherapy creates a repetitive rhythm through the lower body, the MeTime massage brings slow, attentive touch to the upper body and face.
This creates a different experience from receiving either treatment separately. The face and body are able to relax at the same time, making it easier to stop focusing on the outside world and settle fully into the treatment.

Mini Facial
Following the MeTime massage and pressotherapy, Harmony & Beauty moves into a gentle Mini Facial.
This is intentionally not an intensive facial treatment. There are no extractions or aggressive exfoliation. The purpose is to refresh the skin and complete the experience without disturbing the state of relaxation created during the first part of the treatment.
The Mini Facial includes:
- Gentle cleansing of the face
- Application of a facial mask selected for your skin
- Gentle Gua Sha techniques to support facial lymphatic flow
- Application of finishing skincare products selected according to the skin’s needs
The Gua Sha element complements the MeTime massage with gentle movements across the face, continuing the focus on circulation, lymphatic flow and relaxation.
The skin is left feeling comfortable, refreshed and cared for, with a naturally rested appearance.

Treatment Experience
Duration: 75 minutes
The treatment begins with pressotherapy and MeTime Face & Neck Massage performed simultaneously.
While pressotherapy works rhythmically through the lower body, the MeTime massage focuses on the face, jaw and neck.
Afterwards, we continue with the Mini Facial, including gentle cleansing, a facial mask, Gua Sha and finishing skincare.
The sequence is deliberately unhurried. Rhythmic compression moves into manual massage, and massage moves into quiet skincare — allowing relaxation to build rather than interrupting it.
For 75 minutes, there is nowhere else you need to be and nothing you need to do.
When Harmony & Beauty May Not Be Suitable
Because Harmony & Beauty includes pressotherapy, certain medical conditions require additional consideration.
Pressotherapy may not be appropriate in cases of known or suspected deep vein thrombosis (DVT), acute thrombophlebitis, severe peripheral arterial disease, uncompensated heart failure, acute infection or inflammation, or other conditions where compression therapy has been medically contraindicated.
If you are pregnant, have recently undergone surgery, have a cardiovascular or vascular condition, active cancer, significant kidney disease, unexplained swelling, or another medical condition that may affect circulation or fluid balance, please consult your healthcare professional and inform us before treatment.
The facial massage and Gua Sha component may also need to be adapted or avoided in areas with acute inflammation, active infection, open wounds or immediately following certain aesthetic or medical procedures.
Your comfort and safety always determine how the treatment is performed.
Before Your Treatment
Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing for your pressotherapy session. Clean socks are recommended when pressotherapy boots are used.
Normal hydration before and after your appointment is encouraged.
