During your first visit, you’ll meet with one of our skincare specialists for a brief consultation to discuss your skin concerns and goals. This allows us to tailor our treatments to suit your specific needs. You’ll then experience your chosen skincare treatment in a relaxing, professional environment.
We require at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Guests are welcome to join you in the waiting area, but due to the personalized nature of our treatments and to ensure a relaxing environment, we ask that guests do not accompany clients into the treatment rooms unless necessary.
